Employment & Training Support and Guidance
We provide generalist employment and training advice and guidance to support individuals from diverse communities to access work, skills development, and progression opportunities in Cardiff and across Wales. Our service is designed to be inclusive, accessible, and culturally informed, with a strong focus on supporting people who face additional barriers to employment.
We work collaboratively with a wide range of public, private, and community-sector partners to ensure individuals are supported into appropriate employment, education, or training pathways.
Our approach reflects good practice used by community-based and BAME-led employment support services, placing trust, accessibility, and empowerment at the centre of delivery.
