We provide generalist benefits advice and guidance to support individuals, families, and community members to understand their welfare entitlements and access appropriate support. Our service is delivered in line with recognised Advice and Guidance Quality Mark principles, ensuring advice is accurate, impartial, confidential, and client-focused. We also help clients navigate application processes, respond to benefit changes, and understand correspondence, empowering them to make informed decisions and improve financial stability.

Clients receive practical, tailored support to reduce stress, build confidence, and access specialist services when additional or expert.

Our role is to help people

Where issues are complex, high-risk, or require regulated or specialist intervention, we provide timely and appropriate referrals to trusted partner organisations.

We do not provide specialist or regulated benefits casework. Where needed, we refer clients to experienced specialist organisations such as:
