- Advice, information and advocacy
- Welfare benefits and cost-of-living support
- Energy-saving advice and fuel poverty assistance
- Digital skills and help accessing online services
- Employment, training and volunteering opportunities
- Health and wellbeing awareness activities
- Support for young people and families
- Community workshops and outreach sessions
- Capacity-building support for grassroots organisations
- Referrals to specialist services and partner agencies
Our services are open to everyone, with particular support available for people experiencing poverty, language barriers, unemployment, digital exclusion or difficulty accessing mainstream services.
ACDA works in partnership with community organisations, public services, volunteers and local agencies to ensure that residents receive practical, culturally appropriate and confidential support.
